LiFT: Project Management Training

What is the LiFT Program

LiFT is designed to teach critical skills that Project Managers need in order to be successful in the Management of Projects and in the Cultivation of Business Relationships.

Utilizing case studies, participants will have the opportunity to explore real life situations faced by experienced Project Managers.

They will be able to immediately apply these lessons learned to their own individual projects.

The program’s modules are built to introduce and to enhance a wide variety of technical and leadership skills needed to succeed in today’s fast-paced, high-demand mechanical construction environment.

What Purpose Does the LiFT Program Serve

The LiFT Program was created to provide local, quality training that is relevant to both our industry and marketplace. Participants will have the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills in an environment that is safe for them to put these into practice.

This program also provides an opportunity for participants to build connections with other industry professionals.

Who Should Attend

The LiFT (Level I) Program is specifically designed for Project Managers with 1-3 years of experience. Participants may already have established Project Management skills but desire improvement in a wider range of more specific, advanced management competencies and abilities.
