Registration & Attendance Policy:
The MCAKC offers several no charge networking and educational opportunities to the employees of members and affiliated organizations.
Many of these events require financial commitments in advance which are directly based on the number of registrations received.
Fiscal responsibility is a top priority of the MCAKC and as a result we have implemented the following Registration & Attendance Policy:
Registrants of MCAKC sponsored events, who wish to reverse (cancel) their registration, must do so at least 2 Business Days prior to event by either email (email@example.com) or phone (913-948-9200).
“No Shows” will be assessed a fee (see below) and invoiced accordingly.
$50 Event Duration: Up to 4 Hours
$100 Event Duration: Over 4 Hours
(Should the event cover more than one day, this fee will apply for each day of event)
Member Participant: An employee of a Signatory Member Contractor or Associate Member of the MCAKC.
Non-Member Participant: An employee of a Signatory, Non-Member Contractor.
(Not a Member of the MCAKC)
Other Participant: An employee of a Partner Trade Association (i.e. SMACNA-KC, NECA-KC) or other Affiliate Organization.
