Through real-world service call examples and hands-on activities\, attendees will learn to interpret job notes\, understand technician terminology\, and follow the flow of a typical repair or service visit.\n \nThe seminar also covers common parts and codes found on work orders\, how to ask smarter questions when communicating with techs\, and what’s really happening on rooftops\, in mechanical rooms\, and in the field.
