As experienced tradespeople retire\, the next generation is stepping up\, and these students are ready. \nJoin us for the Heavy Metal Summer Experience graduation ceremony and meet the dedicated young people who just spent four days immersed in the trades. This is your chance to see their work firsthand\, connect with emerging talent\, and invest in the future of our industry. \nWe invite all MCAKC Signatory Contractors and Associate Members to attend\, especially those actively looking to hire apprentices. This isn't just a graduation. It's a recruiting opportunity\, a community moment\, and a reminder of why programs like this matter for Kansas City's workforce pipeline. \nSweet treats will be provided. \nCome ready to be impressed! \n \nCancellation Policy\nCancellations for all MCAKC events must be received prior to the event by email to learn@mcakc.org or by phone at 913-948-9200. Cancellations received after this time will be assessed a $100 cancellation fee. \n“No Shows” will be assessed a fee (see below) and invoiced accordingly. \n$50 Event Duration: Up to 4 Hours\n$100 Event Duration: Over 4 Hours (Should the event cover more than one day\, this fee will apply for each day of event)
