This presentation covers the essentials of fall protection\, including the regulatory “why\,” the equipment “how\,” and the technical “what” of working safely at heights. Whether you’re looking for a refresher or practical insights to bring back to your team\, this session will reinforce the fundamentals of effective fall protection. \nGuest Speaker: Matt Henderson brings more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry\, beginning as an  IBEW electrician before transitioning into sales consulting for major power tool manufacturers and ultimately joining FallTech as a Regional Sales Manager. \nThroughout his career\, Matt has helped companies strengthen their safety programs by increasing engagement in incident prevention and fostering positive safety cultures through education\, communication\, and collaboration.
