Successful project managers understand that turnover\, commissioning\, and closeout are not simply end-of-project activities—they are critical processes that impact profitability\, customer relationships\, future opportunities\, and overall project success.\n \nIn this seminar\, participants will explore the project manager’s role in driving successful project completion.
