SUMMARY:Business Negotiation Skills (LiFT Level 2)
DESCRIPTION:This seminar is included in the LiFT Level 2 Project Management Program. Individual seminar registration is subject to availability. \n\nProject managers negotiate every day\, with owners\, general contractors\, suppliers\, subcontractors\, team members\, and other stakeholders. Success often depends on the ability to communicate effectively\, build trust\, navigate conflict\, and reach agreements that support both project goals and long-term business relationships.\n \nIn this highly interactive seminar\, participants will learn practical negotiation and communication strategies that improve outcomes\, strengthen working relationships\, and increase influence.
