DESCRIPTION:This seminar is included in the LiFT Level 2 Project Management Program. Individual seminar registration is subject to availability. \n\nSuccessful project managers understand that profitability depends on more than delivering quality work. In this seminar\, participants will learn how to evaluate project performance\, identify productivity trends\, and use project data to make better decisions throughout the project lifecycle.\n \nParticipants will explore practical methods for tracking labor performance\, analyzing job costs\, improving productivity\, and measuring project outcomes.
