This four-day\, hands-on training program introduces participants to the full construction project life cycle\, from acquisition to close-out\, and highlights the critical support functions that help project managers and field teams succeed. \nUsing MCAA’s Successful Project Management Flowchart and a realistic sample project as guiding frameworks\, participants will explore the key processes\, documents\, and communication practices needed to support construction project teams effectively.
