Through eight focused\, four-hour seminars held weekly beginning September 22\, 2026\, participants will build the communication\, decision-making\, and interpersonal skills that make them more confident\, more effective\, and more valuable to your organization. \nFrom StrengthsFinder assessments and conflict resolution to business writing and critical thinking\, each session is led by experienced instructors and delivers practical tools your employees can apply immediately on the job. Employees who feel invested in perform better and stay longer. Through activities and tools such as Root Cause Analysis\, brainstorming\, risk analysis\, the Socratic method\, Six Thinking Hats\, and the 5 Whys\, participants will practice approaching issues from multiple angles. They will also identify and reduce the impact of biases\, assumptions\, anecdotal evidence\, and decision fatigue on their choices.
