This four-day\, hands-on training program introduces participants to the full construction project life cycle\, from acquisition to close-out\, and highlights the critical support functions that help project managers and field teams succeed. \nUsing MCAA’s Successful Project Management Flowchart and a realistic sample project as guiding frameworks\, participants will explore the key processes\, documents\, and communication practices needed to support construction project teams effectively. Participants will leave with foundational knowledge and practical tools to contribute confidently and proactively to project success. \nInstructor\nKathy Crosby is the President and Owner of C2 Consulting\, Inc.\, a firm specializing in construction training\, consulting\, and business process improvement. With more than 30 years of experience in the mechanical construction industry\, she previously served as Vice President and CFO of a commercial and industrial mechanical contracting firm.
