He served as the president of the MCAA/CPMCA Student Chapter in 2009/2010. \nHarry has been a Project Engineer at ARB\, Inc. since 2012 and worked in a leadership role on various projects including the construction of Gas Fired Power Plants\, Solar Power Plants\, Gas Compressor Stations\, and construction within refineries. \nHis involvement in the industry is diverse\, having also served as the CPMCA Education and Scholarship Committee Chair since 2010\, CPMCA Board Member\, and a mentor to the USC Student Chapter. Through eight focused\, four-hour seminars held weekly beginning September 22\, 2026\, participants will build the communication\, decision-making\, and interpersonal skills that make them more confident\, more effective\, and more valuable to your organization. \nFrom StrengthsFinder assessments and conflict resolution to business writing and critical thinking\, each session is led by experienced instructors and delivers practical tools your employees can apply immediately on the job. Employees who feel invested in perform better and stay longer.
