Our Standalone Courses offer focused learning opportunities on topics that matter to our industry. Each session stands on its own and gives members a chance to strengthen skills.
About
Some sessions highlight technical training. Others concentrate on professional growth or address mental health in construction. Every topic is selected with purpose for our local contractors.
Our Board of Education helps guide this programming by identifying member needs and emerging challenges. Their insight keeps our offerings relevant and practical.
Here are a few examples of popular Standalone Courses members have attended:
- Mechanical Systems 201 – Advanced Concepts for Construction Coordination
- Mastering Your Memory
- First Impressions – Mastering Professional Etiquette
- WiMI-KC Ask Outrageously! The Secret to Getting What You Really Want
- AI Workshop for Mechanical Contractors
- StrengthsFinder 2.0
- How to Have Uncomfortable Conversations Around Mental Health
If you have a topic you want us to consider, contact our Deputy Executive Director Jacki Conn.
