Join Local 8 Business Manager, Matt Harris, to discuss shared concerns and issues within our Kansas City construction market.  Matt will discuss the issues and concerns that they are dealing with – and we’ll open the floor for questions and concerns from our business owners and operations manager. 

Please note that this meeting is only with Local 8 Leadership – Local 533 Leadership meeting is planned for Wednesday, September 16, 2026.
