Influencing without Authority (Propel 1)
This seminar is included in the Propel 1 Leadership Series.
The ability to influence others is a critical leadership skill, regardless of job title. This seminar helps participants build credibility, strengthen relationships, and gain buy-in from coworkers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams without relying on formal authority.
Through discussion and practical exercises, participants will learn strategies for communicating with confidence, navigating workplace dynamics, overcoming resistance, and motivating others to achieve shared goals.
At the end of this seminar, participants will be able to:
- Build credibility and trust with coworkers, supervisors, and stakeholders.
- Apply effective influence strategies without relying on positional authority.

Registrants who do not cancel and do not attend (“No Shows”), except in the case of an emergency, will be invoiced $100.
