Live Virtual Course Via Zoom

Thursday, September 17
11:00 AM –  1:00 PM

Burnout can build gradually, often showing up long before someone realizes they are running on empty. In this interactive webinar, Eric Herdman will help participants recognize the early warning signs of burnout, understand the difference between burnout and everyday stress, and identify the personal and professional factors that can drain energy over time.

Participants will learn practical strategies for preventing burnout before it takes hold, including boundary-setting techniques, assertive communication, and simple daily “micro-resets” that can help sustain energy and focus. The course will also guide attendees in identifying their own energy drains and energy sources so they can make more intentional choices about workload, expectations, and recovery.

By the end of the session, participants will leave with practical tools they can begin using immediately, along with a personal action plan designed to reduce burnout risk and strengthen long-term resilience.

Cost: There is no charge for employees of Contractors Signatory to Local 8 & 533 and MCAKC Associate Members.
