Associate Membership at MCAKC is in high demand. Per our bylaws, Associate Membership is capped at half the number of our Contractor Members, which means space is limited and most companies wait years before a spot opens. We want to be upfront. That said, joining the waitlist is worth it. Membership directly connects your company with Kansas City’s union mechanical contractors through networking events, education opportunities, and exclusive access to our annual Ultimate Tailgate Vendor Fair.
What Associate Membership Includes
- Access to MCAKC education and training programs
- First notification of sponsorship opportunities at MCAKC events including the Annual Charity Golf Outing and Sporting Clays Tournament
- Networking opportunities with contractor members at MCAKC events
- Exclusive attendance and exhibit space at the Ultimate Tailgate Vendor Fair
- Eligibility to serve on MCAKC committees

Membership openings are reviewed annually by our Board of Directors and are not guaranteed on a first-come, first-served basis. Companies that engage with our organization and build relationships with our contractor members while they wait demonstrate the kind of investment our Board values.
