The Industry Orientation Program is a one-day seminar that provides employees new to the mechanical contracting industry with foundational knowledge about the profession. Led by local professionals in the mechanical contracting industry, this seminar includes group discussion and small group interaction to educate participants on what it takes to thrive in this industry.
Goals
- Help new employees identify their role in, and contribution to, your business.
- Connect with industry peers to build a professional network.
- Gain knowledge of the mechanical contractor’s business culture.
- Educate, excite, and engage new employees about the MCAKC community.
Attendees
This program is designed for those new to the mechanical contracting industry. New employees (any position), students, recent graduates, and interns will all benefit from this “Intro to Mechanical Contracting”.

This program is offered at no charge to Contractors Signatory to LU 8 & 533 and Associate Members of MCAKC. Lunch is provided.
