Industry Orientation Program – New Hires

The Industry Orientation Program is a one-day seminar that provides employees new to the mechanical contracting industry with foundational knowledge about the profession. Led by local mechanical contracting professionals, this seminar includes presentations, group discussion, and small-group interaction to help participants better understand the industry, the many professions that support it, and what it takes to thrive in mechanical contracting.

Who Should Attend?

This program is designed for employees who are new to the mechanical contracting industry, regardless of position or previous experience.
