Business Negotiation Skills (LiFT Level 2)
This seminar is included in the LiFT Level 2 Project Management Program. Individual seminar registration is subject to availability.

At the end of this seminar, participants will be able to:
- Prepare effectively for negotiations by identifying interests, priorities, and desired outcomes.
- Apply negotiation strategies that create value and strengthen long-term business relationships.
- Improve communication through active listening, questioning techniques, and adapting communication styles.
- Navigate conflict and difficult conversations professionally and productively.
- Use collaborative problem-solving techniques to identify shared interests and develop effective solutions.
