Gear Up for Greatness – The Six Gears of Grategy® in Action (Propel 1)

This seminar is included in the Propel 1 Leadership Series.

This seminar equips participants to strengthen their self-leadership and understand how their everyday choices influence the people and organization around them. Participants will learn the Six Gears of Grategy®: Attitude, Appreciation, Access, Acts of Service, Applause, and Accountability and how to apply them to increase engagement, strengthen relationships, and improve results. Through industry-specific examples, personal reflection, and interactive exercises, participants will test these ideas against their own experience and leave with practical actions they can use immediately to help create a workplace where people feel valued, respected, and committed to the mission.

By the end of this session, you will:

• Connect your strengths to the way other people experience you.
• Use the Six Gears of Grategy® as a lens for personal leadership.
• Practice tools for self-awareness, growth, recognition, purpose, and accountability.
• Identify one behavior you will put into action after the program.
