Project Coordinator Training: Introduction to Project Management
The project coordinator plays a vital role in the success of construction projects. This four-day, hands-on training program introduces participants to the full construction project life cycle, from acquisition to close-out, and highlights the critical support functions that help project managers and field teams succeed.

Using MCAA’s Successful Project Management Flowchart and a realistic sample project as guiding frameworks, participants will explore the key processes, documents, and communication practices needed to support construction project teams effectively. Participants will leave with foundational knowledge and practical tools to contribute confidently and proactively to project success.
