Join us for a special community service event as we team up with St. Michael’s Veteran’s Center (SMVC), our 2026 golf tournament charity partner! SMVC empowers veterans toward healthy reintegration with their families and communities through permanent housing and wraparound supportive services. This year, we’re giving back with more than a donation.

Bringing a baked item is optional but highly encouraged, sweet or savory, whatever you like to make. Join veteran residents for an afternoon of good food and conversation. Throughout the event, members and veterans will mingle and sample each other’s creations before a panel of judges hands out prizes across three categories.

Baking Ideas:

• Cookies, muffins, or brownies
• Sweet pies or cobblers
• Savory pies or quiches
• Homemade bread

This social hour is proudly hosted by MCAKC’s YPC, and everyone is welcome. Whether you’re a contractor, an Associate Member, or a friend of the industry, this is your chance to connect with the veterans SMVC serves.

What to Expect:

• A relaxed social setting to mingle with SMVC residents
• Tastings from a mix of member and veteran-baked entries
• A judging panel made up of MCAKC members and veteran residents
• Prizes for the top bake in each category
